Classic Lifts London Service department has seen record growth in 2022, something we are all extremely proud of.
With this growth we have had to reassess how the department operates to ensure we continue to offer the best service we can to our valued customers. The biggest growth has been seen in our Repairs department where we have exceeded all projections for 2022 therefore it was clear we needed to re-structure the department to manage that growth.
From January 2023 we will be adding another tier of management within the department and introducing a Repairs Manager who will be responsible for all of our remedial work emanating from our portfolio.
After looking at candidates for this new role we realised we already had the right people within the branch already therefore, from 3rd January 2023 our existing Service Manager Gareth Davies will become our new Repairs Manager. Repairs are Gareth’s strength and background so we’re delighted to have his area of expertise focused solely on making sure the repairs department operate as effectively as possible.
With Gareth’s change of position, the role of Service Manager became vacant so we are happy to announce that our Senior Call Out Engineer, Paul Collins, will take the position of Service Manager. Paul has held this post before and is coming with some new ideas on how to structure the team of office staff and engineers to ensure our performance is improved and our customers are provided that extra bit of TLC required.
All at Classic Lifts hope both Gareth and Paul will excel in their new roles and we offer them our full continued support!
