Classic Lifts is delighted to announce we have been awarded two important contracts with The Guinness Partnership – one of the UK’s leading providers of social housing.
These contracts will see our engineers and technicians deploy lift modernisation projects and full lift replacements across 17 different sites in the North and South of England.
Our skilled project managers will handle the tasks on each site in their entirety, installing modern efficient and resilient lift systems to meet the client’s technical and contractual requirements.
Securing these contracts marks a standout achievement for our sales team and new South Coast office, which was recently launched with our acquisition of Stour Lifts in Summer last year.
Through understanding the challenges of working in occupied buildings, our team was able to offer the client a detailed proposal giving full technical compliance with their specification.
Regional Director for our South Coast Branch, Mark Buontempo, said: “This is great news for Classic Lifts. We’re delighted with this contract which solidifies trust in us as a new branch, and we look forward to delivering on this fantastic opportunity with our client.”
Andrew Sillitoe, Head of Asset Maintenance, The Guinness Partnership said: “Classic Lifts bid offered the right mix of a quality proposal and competitive pricing, supported by their experience in the lift industry.”
Thanks to the hard work, increased resource and commitment of our South Coast team, we have a plan to ensure all work is completed within a year.
